DFG Project "Properties of solitary-wave trains at internal fronts in
Lake Constance",
together with Prof. Frank Peeters and Dr. Martina Preusse,
Limnological Institute.
In this project, which was prompted by discussions and joint reading
since 2009, the extended measurements by Martina Preusse of trains
of internal waves in Lake Constance [1] are
matched with solitary wave solutions
to the Korteweg-deVries equation and the Dubreil-Jacotin equation [2].
