Overview

The project $\mmath$ as acronym for Meta-language for Models, Algorithms and Theories originated in an attempt to combine various aspects of high level math education in a common formal framework. The current development is guided by the objective to support course work at various academic levels and task areas, ranging from mathematical modeling over deductive reasoning to the implementation of numerical algorithms.

This website is intended to provide all relevant information and resources related to the project. To achieve our objectives, the $\mmath$ project is made up of several tools. Their intended usage in teaching and their connections to the objectives is discussed in the Tools-section.
