On 08 and 09 October 2018 the Research Group in Real Algebraic Geometry and the Model Theory Working Group of Universität Konstanz will be hosting the two day conference Real Algebraic Geometry and Model Theory. The participation is open to anyone and free of charge. We particularly wish to encourage junior researchers in the areas of real algebraic geometry and model theory to present their work and offer two junior travel grants to support their participation. The conference is financially supported by the International Office of Universität Konstanz.

Participants of RAGMT may be interested in the workshop on Tame Expansions of O-minimal Structures (01–04 October 2018) which will be held at Universität Konstanz in the week prior to RAGMT.
